Hi, Pluma and Kaiowa are two companies operating the São Paulo-Foz do Iguaçú line. Not sure whether there are others. Regular bus R$ 130; sleeping bus R$ 212 (I'd recommend, since it is a fairly long trip - 12 hours, sleeping bus; 14-16 hours regular). Hope this helps.
