We are travelling from pembroke to cornwall and staying over night in Bath - maybe the Travel Lodge - any info on this hotel welcome, also a good place to eat between pembroke and bath for Family?

The Bath Travelodge in George Street is Centrally situated. It does not have its own carpark but free overnight parking is available at the nearby Public carpark.
I haven't actually stayed at this one but all Travelodges offer the same basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. No frills - toletries etc - but fine for a bed for the night. Assuming that you will take the A477/A48/M4 and cross the Severn by the 2nd crossing, and leave M4 at Junction 18 for Bath you will be stuck with Motorway services for a meal. That is unless you want to break your journey somewhere near Cardiff/Newport/or Bristol - depends what time of day you will be travelling. If you are not familiar with any of these cities you may feel a service stop will be the best option. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area around the Travelodge in Bath.
