Hi folks first post here..great site, wished that I had found it earlier. Just wondering if anyone has found a cheaper alternative to Hertz or Goldcar in or around Girona airport or maybe even scooter hire. I regularly visit Tossa and Lloret and enjoy the independance of a hire vehicle the only must is Airport vehicle collection and return.

Hi Keith, Don't you get enough wild nightlife on the Fylde coast without needing to go to Lloret? Only joking of course - the first time i flew to Girona i booked a hire car on arrival. Before flying back i checked to see if it was cheaper booking online first. It was almost half price to book online. Have you looked at www.travelsupermarket.com or www.allinclusivecarhire.com ? If not you will be surprised how much you can save as opposed to just turning up & paying on the day, Darren.
