Hi - we will be in wroclaw for 3 nights at end of Feb. we are obviously going to sample vodka/beer, but would also like to know if there is a boat tour/city tour (not walking). have found some info about a boat but it is not in English. We would like to go out of the city for a tour too - is hiring a car something you would recommed - would like to see little villages maybe....

well bad news.....The cruises of ship take place from 13th April to 27th October. Voyages take place every two hours from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m all days a week.
I'm afraid you will have to walk ;P

Oh my idvice for you is to stay only int the city if you will be here only 3 days....i wouldn't rent car first because wrocław is great, second cause we don't really have nice villages near to the city.....i would recomend walks cause central part of city is beautiful day and nighttime.
Chill out, try food,enjoy views and walks during the day and have fun in bars, pubs, clubs at night.

Thought the boat might be summer only - thanks for the tips re hiring a car - we shall do lots of walking and keep warm with vodka.
