I'm going to Lyon this summer and I was wondering if anyone know about any cheap but nice hotels there? I would like to stay in 1ere or 6eme...

Try Premiere Classe/Campanille/Etape/Villages/Kyriad/Bon Nuit - they're all chains, and are normally in the industrial parts of the town. Depends on what you want to pay as to what facilities - but they all have ensuite shower/wc. My favourite is Campanille with tea making facilities and the meals are good there. All bookable via the web

I see there are alot of locations for Campanille hotels? Which one is the best location for getting to public transportation, and we also like hotels that are within walking distance to bars and restaurants (public transport). I mean really close since I have a walking disability. Not into shopping.
