London Drugs sells Nikon, and Best Buy or Future shop may also, if you are not going to come directly into Vancouver, then your closest would be in Richmond. You can take a public bus there, 424 from the airport, change at airport station to the 98B line, won't take much time to do this, as far as a camera store at the airport, I don't remember seeing one. You can check Best Buy and Future shops website online to see if they carry the items you are looking for.

Great store. Read the parking restrictions on the street if you drive and park there. The City is VERY good at towing.

Have coins. In that area a $1.00 coin should give you close to an hour in a meter if they are there yet. Rush hour is 3-6, not sure if on both sides of the road.

There's also Kerrisdale Cameras. They have a location in Kerrisdale, which is a short drive north of the airport, and a location in Richmond, which is a short drive south of the airport:

Taxes would be 12%, I think. 5% GST and 7% PST. BC may have dropped the PST to 6%, can't remember.
There is no rebate program any more. You can save the GST if you have it mailed to you but I guess you may want to use the lens
