I'm arriving by cruise at Shinko Port and want to travel to Jusco by monorail, how can I connect there? How much and how long it takes?? Thank you in advance for the advice!!

As the monorail doesn't get very close to Shinko Port, you are probably better off just taking a taxi straight to JUSCO from the port. BY the time you take a taxi to the nearest monorail stop you are almost halfway there anyway and the taxi will cost you maybe 500 or 600 yen to get to the stop. The monorail is going to cost you another 600 yen maybe to get to the stop that JUSCO is at. A taxi from the port to JUSCO will cost about 1000 yen and maybe take about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. Here is a map of the area around JUSCO for you:
