bicycle shop i Kiev.

i'm thinking about going cycling through the Ukraine and i was wondering if there are any bicycle stores in Kiev.
it would kinda be easier just to buy the bike on location instead of dragging one on the plane from denmark.

Bookmark...I tend to agree. Given the great pro cyclists coming from the Ukraine, I would imagine that a Kiev bike should sell good equipment, hopefully at a bargain price...

I'm living in Dniepropetrovsk city and my hobby is mountainbiking. Maybe can be usefull somehow? Anyway if you are going to cycle through Ukraine read my post here

i'll certainly be in the crimea region, but most likely by the end of the trip in early may.

no plans will be fixed until i'm there though.
i'll take it on a day to day basis and plan nothing in advance.

Uh. I'd thinked that you clearly know what you are going to do. Where you want to cycle anyway? I don't know if it worth to cycle through eastern part of Ukraine. Crimea - yes it's good idea, but from Kiew to Crimea on bike? Don't know if it good idea. Sorry for my english.
So maybe if you tell me what you want to see - maybe i'll help wit advice somehow?

i will make no set plans before i arrive.
i have some ideas of places that would be nice to see, but nothing i must see.
an adventure is not an adventure if it's planned i think.
my main thing when i do this trips are to seek some solitude on the road while i see the country.
then in the evening i pull out my social side and look around the towns i stay in.
