I want to know if you can take a tour of the Citadel Hill and I want to know the hours that they are open to the public ?
My son is doing a Historia Project for School and he needs alot of information on this subject !! |

Here are some info cited from official site of Parks Canada,
Hours of Operation May 7 to June 30 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM July 1 to August 31- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM September 1 to October 31 - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM November 1 to May 6, the grounds are open but no services are available.

Unfortunately, tours are only offered during the peak season, but Parks Canada does offer a virtual tour of Fort George/Citadel Hill. I can't use VTML, so I apologise for the length of the specific link: http://www.pc.gc.ca/apps/dci/src/3d_e.asp?what=sit
Is it a Historica project? You might want to check out the resources available on their website (http://www.histori.ca/); a quick search there will lead you to a good Canadian Encyclopedia article.
