Can anyone tell me please how long it will take to drive from Tilburg to Amsterdam leaving Tilburg about 1730 hours on a Friday?

That would be about 1.5 hrs (115 kms). Traffic permitting of course.
There are school holidays coming up. Those Fridays can be busier although you are driving north, which is better than south on those days. For travel information/map, see www.viamichelin.com

Keep an eye on the traffic jams (add half an hour to be on the safe side).
