Calling from Salvador da bahia, Brazil to the USA

Hello, thanks group for the information and assistance. Was wondering how to make inexpensive phone calls from Salvador to the states. Is it best to get pre-paid calling cards before travel or purchase them there. Thanks.

If you can find a Brazilian store in Atlanta, the phone card brands Voz Do Brazil, Saudades and Carnaval have numbers to use to cal the U.S. from BRazil.
There are also a couple of places in Porto da Barra, along Av. 7, that advertise calling.
And there are internet cafes from which to use Skype.
