Hi all,

I'm a student so, 50 euros per night is going to look costly. This seems to be the price that Omenahotelli is charging. Last year in 2007 I managed to find a place via the Tampere tourist booklet for 25 euros unfortunately it seems that particular hotel has decided to go somewhere else and is now charging three times the amount!

Would anyone be kind enough to provide me the Category D accommodations in Tampere tourist or know any place that doesn't cost as much? It all seems like hidden hotels....

Hi! Im not from Tampere, and I dont know much about the city other than there is the greatest amusement park in Finland lol. Anyway you might want to check Hostel Sofia, http://www.hostelsofia.fi/ and click on english language button on top of the page. Single room 45 euros, well it's 5 euros less than you already found out, but the location is great!

Check my Tampere-tips,I´ve taken all the cheapest ones there.Omena says"rooms starting 50e",but if some day is very popular in booking,price goes up-like in Ryanair-flights.
