If you speak some Russian you may ask around for a marshrutka (mini bus) to the Prospekt Lenina. I think I would take any if there is one. The thing is when I was in Barnaul I was picked up in Novosibirsk and I only flew out of Barnaul. I guess there may be a taxi but actually Barnaul airport has hardly any flights so best already make friends with Russians on the plane and ask them to help you on arrival.

According to the official site of Barnaul the best mini-bus (marshrutka) for you are #115 and #144 (they both stop on prospect Lenina), but I guess the best option is the taxi - the site of taxi company informs that the cost of such trip is 200 roubles (ab. 6 Euro). O'k you are newcomer, so the cost could be higher a bit, but I bet 10 Euro is not too much and you'll avoid any hassles of small bus.
