I need to know where to get the TAM BUS 400 to St Paul de Vence from Nice airport. Is it from inside the airport or on the main road? I will be arriving at terminal 1 on Saturday 1st of march.

Yes - you can catch the bus on the Promenade outside the Airport (It starts in Nice at Gare Routier on Boulevard Jean Jaures).
This appears to be the Timetable for Saturday 1st March - you should be able to move it on for times later in the day. - BUT the web sit is a bit tortuous! http://www.lignedazur.com/horaires_ligne/index.asp Enjoy you trip - lovely place to visit.

It will be coming from Nice, driving west on the right side of the road so you will have to cross. Ask for directions as to where the bus stop actually is and look out for Indicator Boards ( Usually with letters and a small icon for Taxis/hotels/bus etc.) Last time I was at the airport we picked up a hire car so did not use the bus but there was so much work going on there. both in and around the airport the bus stop may have been moved.
