I will be coming to Lisbon at the end of february and would like a hotel near the nightlife,which I believe is mostly situated in Barrio Alto- can anyone suggest a reasonably priced hotel in this area?

Try Pensao Globo. A small clean comfortable and very reasonable pensao in Bairro Alto on a tranquil little street off Rua Dom Pedro V as you come up the Elevador da Gloria (funicular) from the lower part of Lisbon. The hotel is a corner away from the Port Wine Institute and the lookout Miraduoro de Sao Pedro Alcantara.
