Hi I have travelled much between London and Kiev.
You really have to surf to find cheap flights.
BA is nowhere near the cheapest in fact found it expensive.
Some of the others mentioned you have a lengthy stay over some up to 24 hours.
Just paste in your browser "flights to kiev" and you will have quite a choice.
Cheapest I have found is with Alitalia with an hours stop over in Milan.
I have also found it easier to go onto the actual website of the big airlines and saved money compared with ticket sites.
Try Malev,Ukraine International,Lot (Polish) and as mentioned Alitalia.
Also depends on how far ahead you wish to book,the longer ahead chances are it's more cheaper

I think it depends where you are travelling from. I know that for a U.S. citizen it is really cheap for them to use B.A. for a connecting flight to Kiev. The price has increased over the years for sure. Does anyone have the cheapesr price? The pricing scheme has changed at B.A. and the earlier you purchase a ticket, the cheaper it is. The last ticket I purchased was 280 pounds return and that was purchased a month before I left. I know that certain Ukrainian airlines charge british people double that. The cheapest wat to get to Ukraine is via Ryanair to Poland and then a train journey - this way costs less than 100 pounds.

I agree that the cheapest from London is probably with Easy Jet and then the train.Thats fine if you have the time.
I have never experienced "some" Ukraine airlines charging double for English people.Whenever I have booked it's pricing has always been consistant.
I couldn't get anywhere with Aerosvit (they didn't list London in their itinery) but have listed the prices from London to Kiev,travelling for example 1 April.

I am amazed that Ukraine International are so cheap. I guess that the free visa regime has brought costs down for Ukrainian airlines. It used to be around 450 pounds return a while ago.

SAS is just opening a new route to the ukraine and i found some very good fares with them.
i'm thinking about visiting the ukraine myself this spring.
