| Zimbabwe | Getting to Harare Posted: Sun February 10, 2008 05:57 PM UTC
We will be staying in Lusaka (Zambia) a few weeks this coming summer. We are going to visit Kariba on the border with Zimbabwe. What is the best way to get to Harare from Kariba?
Does Air Zimbabwe have daily flights? Any other options then flying? It is hard to find information on the web about this. Thanks for any help. Nero |

You can hire an air conditioned mercedes with chaufer in Lusaka for relatively little money. I did it with a friend about 8 years ago and our driver spoke 7 languages and various dialects, which was handy because maps are either non existent, or useless and forget about road signs. We spent four days travelling in relative comfort and saw so many things you would miss if flying.
