Miami	Where to eat Seafood near Miami International for Valentines Dinner Posted: Sun February 10, 2008 05:56 PM UTC This is a special birthday/valentine's dinner and I want to eat some nice seafood, steak and salad combo near the Miami International airport. We're staying at the Sheraton near there. Also, driving up to Port Charlotte and then driving down the Florida keys, what other points of interest do we HAVE TO DO along the way? Where to eat Seafood near Miami International for Valentines Dinner

This is a special birthday/valentine's dinner and I want to eat some nice seafood, steak and salad combo near the Miami International airport. We're staying at the Sheraton near there. Also, driving up to Port Charlotte and then driving down the Florida keys, what other points of interest do we HAVE TO DO along the way? We have 9 days, thanks, Patty

As you would have a car, there is a well known restaurant, which has become an icon of Miami: Joes Stone Crab in the Beach. The south beach abounds in restaurants. Also try to taste some Cuban food while you are in Miami.either at some upscale place in south beach like Victors or in the cuban ghetto in the southwest 8th street area: versailles, la carreta etc.
you are closer to cuban section from your hotel than to stone crab. It has beena while since i went there so i cant comment on it.
