1. Are there "Left luggage" facilities at Penang airport?

2. What is the best option to travel from Penang airport to Ipoh?

3. How long will it take to travel from Penang airport to Ipoh?

1.I dont think you can left your luggage in Penang airport

2. You need to take a bus from Sungai Nibong Bus station to Ipoh (every 1 hour there will be buses)

3. It takes around 2-3 hours to reach ipoh

I understand coach service from the bus station in Penang/Butterworth to Ipoh is the economical way to travel (RM15?).

For my information, what would a taxi cost from Penang airport to downtown Ipoh (Excelisor hotel)?

Too expensive. Not worth the money. It will probably cost you MYR 100-200++
Taking the coach is the best choice. Once reach Ipoh station, you can take a taxi to your hotel.

if i remember correctly, ipoh airport is closed to all commercial airlines. the air force is taking over the airport now...

First ,how many person you have, if only one of course you can take coach.
If more than 4 person or you have huge luggage better rent a van the prices arround 300 to 350 RM. youcan contact transport_svc2u@yahoo.com to ask more detail.
