Cabo San Lucas Travel Forum

Hi all,
We are a family of four,two kids 13, Mom and Dad, and will be visiting Cabo mid April. Has anyone fished at this time? What would be the expected catch? Can you recommend anyone? The most important thing here is the kids have fun. A trophy would be cool but it's the kids I'd really like to see catch fish.

Hola; Just returned from Cabo San Lucas. A great place to fish, both offshore and inshore. As for the fishing in April contact Grant at info@baja-anglers.com or do a search. A number of charter services are available, beware of the cheap ones who want you to sit through a high pressure time share presentation. Ask first. Good luck and tight lines. tony

april is good for fishing, actually, most of the year is good. it is the billfish capital of the world, and close to shore that time of year the sierra are running, there are lots caught now, and it would be more a fun fish for your kids to catch, and you don't have to go far out to catch them
