we will be in Mendoza from 4-04 to 4-10. i will be renting a car to go from Mendoza to other places, and wonder if i should have a car in Mendoza. we have been to other AR cities where the traffic is treacherous. is it difficult for a stranger to cope with Mendoza driving? thanks.

I was in mendoza 3 years ago and traffic was pretty normal. well, I'm from Chile and traffic in Santiago is heavy.
I think Mendoza is pretty calm. Yu should give it a try. Alfredo.
