Hi,
I have not stayed overnight but been to Balai on day trips. It is very scenic and they have a very nice infinity pool and mobideep (floating pool) pools in the lake. Visit http://balaiisabel.multiply.com/ for more info. The route from Tagaytay going down on the zigzag road down to Balai Isabel, Talisay is very scenic. Regards Teddy
