Lisbon - Porto 199 miles

Lisbon - Albufeira 188 miles

Lisbon - Faro 207 miles

There are daily buses from Lisbon to Faro; in Algarve. The journey takes around 3 hours and half.

With 4 nights you would probably have plenty of things to see and do in Lisbon and the surrounding areas. Go to Sintra, Mafra, Obidos, Cascais, Cabo da Roca, Ericeira, Arrábida Mountain,... All these places are around 50 kms from Lisbon and have plenty of things to see. And then you have Évora, Tomar, Batalha, Alcobaça, Nazaré, Fátima, all around 100 kms from the city.
Algarve is nice but a bit too touristic. Porto is a nice town very different from Lisbon with a darker look, fantastic bridges and churches.
Just take in account that there are lots of things to see and do around the city and that making a 300 kms trip will make you lose a significant amount of time.
