Here is a list of the hotels in Fiji. http://www.fiji.pacific-resorts.com/nadi-airport.html
I know people who stayed at Aquarius and Smugglers Cove. I can't remember which of the two they liked best but they are close to each other. I stayed at the Nomad Skylodge. http://hotels.spaandtravel.com/hotel/10014357-10216459O.html It was fairly cheap, close to the airport and individual rooms. There are many hostels but they are usually further from the airport and you need to pay to get there. Be warned that the meals at this place like all others can be expensive. It was 4.50 for a glass of juice. Do not assume that coffee or tea come with your meal as they do not always. Have fun
