| Guangzhou | Getting to Ching Ping Market Posted: Fri February 1, 2008 02:30 PM UTC
I would like to visit the Ching Ping Market. Can I get off the Metro at Huangsha and how far and in which direction do I walk?
How do I get from the Lido Hotel Beijing Lu to the Gongyuanqian Station. I plan to move around Guangzhou by the metro. I am with 3 other friendsvisiting GuangZhou on 22Feb 2008 |

I guess you are referring train. Yes, train will get you the places you want to go. But you'd better speak some Chinese. Also, choose those trains starting with "D", the express series, they're much faster.
Otherwise, you can always consider airflight. The discounted air flights are very popular in China, and sometimes are even cheaper than train. Remember there's never discount on train ticket unless you are student or children.

The above answerer is totally off the mark. This traveller is asking about metro (aka subway/underground), not trains!
