imnot sure if its proper to refer you in this place but try quiapo( not sure if i spell it right) or u can check with malls, cd area

DVDs on Philippine classic movies can be bought from department stores in malls. You can look up in the mall directory or ask the tourist desk, if any, or any mall occupant. Filipinos are a friendly people. DVD price varies, with a maximum estimate of 300 pesos (app. 8 US$).

there are stores like odyssey, powerbooks and most department stores that carry Filipino movies. Please do refrain from getting "pirated" DVDs becuase it might cause you problems with the custom later.
