I was there last October, maganda. I went snorkling and it cost me P.1500, the boat can carry up to 5 people, but if you talk and TIP the boater, im sure youll be good. the snorkling equipment is included in that. but i suggest bring some good ones and maybe just donate them to the local boatmen after. so next time you get a free ride...

yup P1500 for a boat with 4-5 person capacity. just to make it clear, that amount is inclusive of dolphin-watching, not only snorkelling at Balicasag island.
