Well, not really - as Norway shuts down during Easter. (Ok, not quite - but a lot of things are closed)
All shops are closed on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday AND Easter Monday - some restaurants will probably be closed as well, and many museums are closed. Transportation will also be more limited...

I was in Bergen for Easter one year. The museums were pretty shut down although the very nice people at Grieg's house opened up for our group (we were 6) and the Maritime Museum was open. We had good weather so we walked around and looked into churches and things. We stayed with friends, enough was open so we had a good time. If you can go a different time, more will be open, but its not a total ghost town or anything.
