Bora-Bora	Candles as gifts for locals? Posted: Tue January 29, 2008 10:14 PM UTC I've read on this site that candles are hard to come by in Tahiti. My wife and I will be there in June and I was thinking about bringing a few handmade taper candles. Is this still a good idea for gifts for locals? Candles as gifts for locals?

I've read on this site that candles are hard to come by in Tahiti. My wife and I will be there in June and I was thinking about bringing a few handmade taper candles. Is this still a good idea for gifts for locals?
