Looking for info about sim cards, which compaines are the best and their rates and how easy is the process of getting the sim card? Also need a hotel close to the RMIT University that is not too pricey..

You can pick up a sim card anywhere here, probably the best service (well the one I use) is Mobifone, card is about 100,000VND and you can buy scratch cards up to top up. Which RMIT, the big campus is in Saigon South about 20 mins from downtown, there are a few mini hotels there.
