Is there a direct ferry link from the UK to Bodo?, a friend and I are planning a trip for later in the year and would like to drive.

To Bodø?? Nope. There are ferries from Newcastle to Stavanger / Bergen (DFDS Seaways) - but Bodø is a pretty long drive from Bergen (At least 2 days). You could of course travel up the coast on Hurtigruten (www.hurtigruten.no) - you can bring your car along on Hurtigruten, but it isn't exactly cheap...

From Q it seems you'd like to drive around in the north, then fly and rent a car there, to bring your own across from UK then on Hurtiigruten/Coastal Voyage would be as expensive
