I am wondering if there are buses that run daily in the morning from Dubrovnik going to Kotor and leaving Kotor and going to Dubrovnik in the late afternoon - in the beginning of June. It seems like there is a bus going from Kotor in the morning and from Dubrovnik in the afternoon, but not the other way around.

It's unlikely that timetables for June are know yet, given that it's only January. Schedules along the coast can change quite a lot depending on the time of year. Generally the times have not been very suitable for doing a daytrip if that's what you have in mind. Usually there is a bus from Dubrovnik to Kotor leaving around 10.30 or 11.00, but no buses from Kotor after the middle of the day. I think last summer there was an evening bus a few days a week; also there might be a later bus from Herceg Novi which has frequent connections from Kotor. But as I said, you may not be able to get firm information this far ahead. And Montenegrin bus timetables are not the most reliable in the world anyway!

My friends were in Dubrovnik last year and since they do not like driving on holiday they went on a day tour of Montenegro, which visited Kotor and various other places and they loved it.
