It really depends on what type of club you are after but you could try some of the following;
Lulus at Tigerlilly Opal Lounge Why Not? below The Dome Club below Le Monde - used to be Tokyo but has since changed to another city Club below Hudsons Espionage - free entry set over 3 levels. Mood - for an older crowd PoNaNas

If I could remember the names of the two clubs I went to, I would highly recommend them .... I don't even remember what time I got home from them. They were gay clubs in the east end of the city and perhaps clivedinburgh knows some names of clubs that may jog my memory.

The only ones that are permanantly busy are Espionage and maybe the Opal Lounge with the remainder being best on a Friday & Saturday nights.
I've no idea as to gay clubs in Edinburgh.

Espionage is great any day of the week. I had to have my bach. party on a monday night and that was the only place that we could find that was open and it was pretty good. Then again I was drunk off my face but my friends who were more sober thought it was fun too.
