Bath parking in bath
Posted: Sun January 27, 2008 04:27 PM UTC
Can anyone suggest cheaper parking in Bath. We are staying at the Hilton in Walcot street and understand that guests usually park in the podium car park which is 19 pounds a night.

Are their cheaper car parks which are within 10 to 15 mins walking?

Thank you

19GBP a night total rip-off, imo! Better to use a park & ride than pay that!

Yes, that is a rip-off. Bath is an expensive city, but not that expensive! You might get lucky and be able to park for free from 6 pm. to 8 pm. on Walcot Street itself. Otherwise, Charlotte Street public car park, about 10 minutes walk, should set you back no more than about a fiver.
