September is still a nice month, then from October to April the dry season starts,as well as the Huracan season, but its all about luck, no worries. Oct-April the weather is perfect,hot and sunny!!!, in September you may be able to get some good deals for a Hotel package all inclusive, remember it also depends on how many stars hotel you are willing to stay in. September is also HOT !!, so you must bring good Sun Tan Lotion for Protection.
Also you must know that if you decide to go to the North Coast of Cuba during this time of the year and winter it could be windy because the winds are blowing from the North, and the South Coast which is the Caribbean Sea is nice and quiteand also WARM during this season, and during the Summer it will be the opposite for the North and South coast.
