I am planning to go to Yangshuo the end of February and I was wondering if I could take a boat from Guilin to Yangshuo or if the water level is too low??

Cruise is available between Yangdi and Dashuan.

the water of river is low, however you still can do river cruise, not from Guilin ( Zhujiang dock) to Yangshuo, from Yangdi town which one hour ride from Guilin and start cruise to Dashuan ( half way to Xingping), then turn back to Yangdi town.

Actually, China's Chairman had the river level raised because of the New Year. I don't know when it will go back down, but right now it is open and you can take the cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. I think the Chairman is taking the cruise himself... maybe he did a few days ago. Anyway, it was open and may still be. Contact a CAAC or a CITS to find out more.
