Do you mean that you are going to the HK airport directly from Macau? I believe there is a ferry that does this route. This should have the info that you need: http://www.hongkongairport.com/eng/tbu/skypier.htm
If you are talking about just going into the city. The ferry service is very frequent, just go to the ferry terminal for tickets.

Ferries will be 1hour plus or minus depending on which ferry company you choose.

As above, there is a direct ferry from Macau to HK International but you'll have to check if your airline qualifies for this ferry because NOT every airline does. It's certainly faster and cheaper to go direct via this ferry to the airport. Otherwise, you can take the ferry to Hong Kong and transfer to the subway which runs directly to the airport as well but this will be more expensive. The Macau ferries run almost every half hour and it takes one hour to get to HK. You'll have to transfer from the ferry terminal to a short taxi ride for the subway to the airport and it's easy to take the metered taxis which are waiting on the ground floor of the ferry terminal.

HI!
Turbojet's service is 24 hours. First Ferry's service however, is not....and ends around evening time. They depart from different terminals in HKG. More details on my HKG or Macau page under "Transportation".
