| Lisbon | Visiting Lisbon - everything closed on Monday Posted: Mon January 21, 2008 11:15 AM UTC
I'm visiting Lisbon next month and I have difficulties in making itinerary for 6 full days. Everything is closed on Mondays and I have no idea what to visit on that day . Only Oceanario is opened on that day in Parque das Nacoes, but Pavilhão do Conhecimento is closed in that area.
I planned 1 day in Sintra,1 day in Cascais, 1 day in Belem and other 3 days in Lisbon. Any suggestions, please ? |

By all means, do the museums and monuments on Tuesday or another day outside of Monday. And use Monday to enjoy the open spaces and a trip to nearby towns such as Sintra, Cascais or the fantastic city of Evora only 2 hours away. Go with the flow. Happy trails.
