Hi all! I've been to Salamanca just once but stayed in Hotel Vincci (good rates) which was a bit far from the city. I am taking some friends of mine with me. Some are quite elderly who prefer a hotel in the city center so in case they get tired, it is easy to return to the hotel.
What would be a nice 2 to 3 star hotel in the city center, ranging from around 60 to 80 Euros for a double standard room you can recommend? What restaurant can anyone recommend to try in the area of the old city or city center? Thanks! |

I went twice to the Abba Fonseca hotel. It may be above your budget but they may have special deals. Contact details on my Salamanca VT page (sorry for the plug, but I'm too lazy to find it now!)
