Hi
I would like to know if it is advisable to take 3 year old kid to Manali in Feb. We are from Bombay and would also like to know where to buy heavy woollen clothes from to travel to Manali in FEB. Regards Shaila |

Hi!
Manali is beautiful and your child will love it too. Do carry a couple of layers for your child as well as a windcheater with cap as it can get very cold in the mornings and evenings. There are shops selling woolens in the main market, manali but you may want to shop earlier. How are you traveling?

I took my two year daughter to Manali and it was an uneventful journey as such. I can only suggest you to cover their heads always with woolen cap or something apart from giving them a good warm dresses.
If you are visiting snow areas then you can rent woolen dresses from the local market only in all size and designs.
