Hi
we plan to arrive in kyoto from Osaka in the morning and then head to Kinkakuji, what is the recommended time to spend at the Golden Pavillion? Thanks Tiff |

For me, it was only 30 minutes. Wandering through the garden and taking photos.
There are so many famous temples like Kyomizu, Ryoanji,Imperial Garden, etc. So it was temple hopping.

Realize that you can't actually go inside of Kinkajuki. I haven't been there, but I'm planning about 45 minutes to explore the grounds/take pictures for my trip. (Plus transportation).
