Does anyone have a recipe for making Caribou? I have a bottle but do not want to drink it just yet, unless I must! I would really appreciate a respose. Thank you.

I don't have any, but whenever I need a recipe, I always check online, there should be something listed. I was just lusting after some venison stew today myself :)

That's a tough one because there are several variations. Generally speaking, it is a mixture of red wine (porto) and whisky or brandy.
A mixture we used to prepare when I was young(er) was porto, 3 parts, cognac, 2 parts and a bit of maple syrup.
