Hi, I am looking for a way to Savona by bus from Genoa.
I will be on a cruise at the Savona port on the 29th of Jan. I will fly to Nice and take a bus to Genoa and then to Savona. A kind staff at Nice airport advised me that I can take 11:30am bus to Genoa but I do not have any info how to get to Savona. Please advise me if you have any. Thanks a lot. |

i always use the trains in italy and check times on the trenitalia site
we were staying near Genova recently and thought we might do a day trip to Savona and checked the trains and there are plenty - takes about an hour i think they mostly leave from genova Brignole rather than genova Principe - but trenitalia would make that clear to you do you know where your bus stops in genoa?

This answer is probably too late for you, but don't go by bus via Genoa. Take a train. There are frequent buses to Nice train station, then a few through trains from Nice direct to Savona or a frequent service if you change at Ventimiglia (Vintimille in French)
