I am strapped for time. Is it possible to visit Huangshan/ Yellow Mountain in a day?? if so, how??

It depends where you are staying. If you have to go there from Shanghai no, I think the trip it's too long, you need one night.

1 day trip to Huangshan is only feasible if you start early in the morning and take the cable car.
If you are from other cities, suggest you cancel your plan.

If from Tunxi, it's possible, but personally not recommendable.
