Actually I am planning to visit Kazan around 15th of February 2008, for a friend visit and tourist.

I will be gratefully appreciated if anyone please can help me to arrange this trip, for example if you know some tourism companies, suggestions or any help you can do.

My stay duration will be from 7 days up to 10 days.

I would like to know about:
• Tourist Companies.
• Hotels rates.
• Car rental prices.
• Tourist Guides.

BTW: not sure, you really want to rent a car. Unless you can read Russian signs fast and are used to local colorite, a pre-negotiated car with driver (=local taxi for a day) is better and probably cheaper.
As for girlie business, I also did hear it's a somewhat funny place.

About the link provided by Mr. ranger49, http://www.virtualtourist.com/travel/Europe/Russia/Respublika_Tatarstan/Kazan-621158/TravelGuide-Kazan.html , I founded some useful information, but I am looking for a good tourist company in Kazan that’s arrange my trip in all aspects; as well as I expect some difficulties if I do it by my self due to the langue where I don’t speak Russian, and as I know it's not easy find people whom speak English over there; as well as I would like to have some trusted people whom can guide me in the city.

About the reason of my visit actually I am planning to meet my GF where I know her very well from UAE, where I met her over there and she went back to her home to Kazan to finish her collage, and actually I would like to arrange the trip by myself , hopefully I can make as a surprise ;)

About cars rentals, actually I think it will be the safest option to move through Kazan, I do agree with Mr. GyuriFT that I need to read the Russian signs fast in order to drive over there; but I guess I can get over it if I drive with a tourist guide for copula day (please if you know more about the city give me your opinion).

Now I am searching for a reputable tourist company in Kazan, as well as I would like to know some locals living over there in order to assist me when I am in the city.
