Hi! Trains from Riga to Moscow go every day. No problem with tickets. But you have to remember that you'll need visa to Russian Federation. If I don't mistake, the sortest term for getting visa to Russia are 3 days. Visa you can get in the Embassy of Russian Federation in Riga: Antonijas 2, Rīga, LV-1010 t.0037167212579

Autobusowy stan. is Polish for bus station, there is no such place in Riga. Pragas 1 is the correct address, that is where your bus will arrive. The train station is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from there (see map http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&hl=en&ge
The train ticket to Moscow should cost about 90 pounds. Check the Latvian Railways website http://www.ldz.lv/?object_id=861 for timetables and prices (click on Interactive international train traffic timetable (test mode)). The website isn't too up to date but you'll get the idea. I think you can just turn up and buy the ticket. In the worst case scenario, there always a few buses going to Moscow every day as well, obviously it will be less comfortable but you will still get there, and it's cheaper as well. Hope it answers your question.
