Niterói Quilt Store / Fabric Store in Niteroi
Posted: Wed January 16, 2008 01:21 AM UTC
Hello,

I am visiting Brazil in March for a few days before I go on a cruise. A woman told me that there is a quilt store in Nitorei. She went to it in 2004. She doesn't remember its name nor its address.

I was wondering if anyone would know about it. It would sell cottons for quilting. It could be part of a bigger store selling fabrics for clothes, upholstry, etc.

Would anyone be able to help me out if you have the time.

Thank you very much......Joyce

You can look at the following site: www.lidoquilt.com.br. There is the address and phone number, but I couldn't get the page to translate. Gary

Gary.......you're an Angel. That is exactly what I am looking for....it doesn't matter what it says...I know they sell quilting cotton. It will be the same situation when I go to Barcelona....lots of smiles and sign language...LOL

Thank you a million times...you've made my day!!!

You are very welcome. You can go to the following site for Barcelona: www.quilt.com/Stores/Europe/Europe.html. Links for the 2 stores mentioned in Barcelona: (1) www.clubdelaaguja.com, and (2) www.angelatillery.com. The first link is spelled correctly, (Club de la aguja), the second link looks a little iffy.
