Bergen SK Brann tickets
Posted: Tue January 15, 2008 02:52 PM UTC
Hello to all you lovely Norwegians,

I am coming over with some friends for the Brann v Everton game. If anyone over there can help me to buy tickets I would be forever in your debt.

There are 4 of us but anything from 1 to 4 tickets would be appreciated.

If you can help at all, you can contact me on boy.blue@btinternet.com

Many thanks in advance and look forward to visiting Bergen in 4 weeks.

See reply to another Everton supporter, a few posts below yours... I doubt you'll have much of a chance getting tickets, I'm afraid.. Brann stadium is small, and they do expect tickets to sell out pretty much immediately.

I have a feeling there will be a lot of Everton supporters without tickets in town for that game

Oh yes. Have been reading some of the Brann forums, and it sounds like quite a few Brits without tickets are coming to Bergen (Everton will get 950 tickets, I think). Also, there are (strangely enough;o) some Everton supporters in Norway - I guess quite a few of those will try and get tickets..

I'm curious if ebay is as big over in Europe as it is here in the U.S. I know anytime we need tickets for major events we can usually find them on ebay...just thought I'd throw that out there but it may be irrelevant to your needs. Good luck to you. OH...I live in southern AZ and thought "how great it would be to attend the Super Bowl up in Phoenix....LOL...tickets were starting at $1,500 so I'll be sitting on my couch watching it. :)

I know they have a version of ebay over in the UK, but here in Norway we have other types of online auctions, the most used one being QXL
Another obstacle is that it's illegal to sell online tickets like that, and selling online would make it easy for the police to identify you...

...and there just won't be many tickets at all around, I suppose that most season card holders will use their right to buy tickets (and I'm pretty sure they'll use their ticket themselves, I doubt they'll want to sell it;o) - won't be that many tickets left for the rest of us.

Hello again.

I heard only half the tickets were taken up by season ticket holders.

If anyone can go to the stadium and buy me 4 tickets I would happily pay you.

Please contact me. Please, please.

Sorry, but luck is not on your side. I just read in the papers that if you are buying tickets for someone else than yourself, then you need to have along that persons ID card.
If not, then it's just one ticket per person meeting up at the sales booth... (started today)
