Can someone please tell me how long does it usually take to go from the cruise dock to the airport? How much should cost?

Also, we will take a round trip flight from Aswan - Abu Simebel. Any suggestion what we can do with our luggages?

Depending on where the cruise docks, from the Old Cataract area to the other end of the city, and it's a long way. I'd say tops LE90-100, 80 if closer. Confirm with your cruise beforehand where they are. The taxi driver may not know. And many ships dock side by side and you may have to cross a couple before you reach yours and if this is the case you won't see your ship from the dock.
As for luggage, the cruise will take care of it. Unless you are not going back to Aswan. In that case the airport may check you to the next flight, but this is uncertain as the checkin may not be open for your next flight. Take an organized tour and ask them to keep your luggage.
