Please let me know if this sounds like a good plan.
Day 1) March 2nd, Sunday Arrive by plane@1006am in morning. -Pickup rental car (small economy car/Volkswagon)and drive to Moreno Glacier. Driving time 2 hours/80 kilometers. -Visit glacier and camp at Bahia Escondida campground. Day 2) March 3rd, Monday -Visit Moreno Glacier in the morning -Drive to Torres Del Paine National Park via El Cerrito to Tapi Aike and then further to Passo Don Guillermo into Chile (Cerro Castillo. Driving time 4 hours and 200 kilometers. -Camp at park Day 3) March 4th, Tuesday -Day hike in Torres Del Paine NP and return to Calafate. -Spend night in hotel Day 5) March 5th, Wednesday -Visit sorrounding area of El Calafate -Airline Itinerary: Depart El Calafate by plane at 5:45pm in afternoon What time does the Chilean and Argentina border post close near Torres Del Paine? I would appreciate any help. Thanks |
